1. Seller information

These terms apply when you purchase products from our online store at latkakortit.fi. By placing an order, you accept these terms, our Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Ordering
Orders are placed at the online store's checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and the contract of sale is formed once your payment has been approved and we have sent the order confirmation. Please check the details in the confirmation and let us know of any errors as soon as possible.

We mainly sell single, one-of-a-kind items. If the same card is exceptionally purchased twice, the order paid first will be delivered, and we will promptly refund the full amount paid for the later order.

3. Prices
Prices are in euros and are final consumer prices. As a sole trader, we are not registered for VAT, so prices do not include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

If a product's price contains an obvious error, for example a clearly incorrect price due to a typing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you, and any payment will be refunded in full.

4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a payment service provider, and we do not see or store your payment card details.

5. Delivery
We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days of payment approval. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking code by email once your order has been shipped.

Cards are packed securely, for example in a penny sleeve and toploader or a similar protective holder. Responsibility for the items passes to you once you have received the shipment. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will take care of the matter.

If a shipment awaiting pickup is not collected in time and is returned to us, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping costs and any return costs incurred.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Detailed instructions can be found in our Returns Policy.

7. Products and card condition
We photograph the front and back of every card, and the photos of a card for sale show the exact card you will receive. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. We describe each card's condition in the product details to the best of our knowledge. Condition assessment is always partly subjective, so please review the photos before purchasing. The condition of professionally graded cards is based on the grade given by the grading company, such as PSA.

8. Defects and complaints
If a product is defective, for example you receive the wrong card or the card's condition clearly differs from its description, please notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. Include photos of the product and the packaging. We will resolve the issue by sending the correct product or refunding your money, and in such cases we will cover the return shipping costs. Your rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act always apply.

9. Liability
We are not liable for delays or other damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions at shipping carriers or other force majeure events. This does not limit your rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

10. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The online store runs on the Shopify platform, but the contract of sale is always made between you and Lätkäkortit Finland.

11. Disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. We aim to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiation with you. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can seek advice from the Finnish consumer advisory service (kkv.fi) and refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
