Shipping Policy

Shipping area
We ship orders to Finland and Sweden.

Processing time
We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days of payment approval. All shipments are tracked, and you will receive a tracking code by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping methods and prices

Finland

Matkahuolto XXS Parcel – €6.50
Your parcel will be delivered to the Matkahuolto parcel locker or pickup point nearest to your address. You can usually change the pickup point via Matkahuolto's arrival notification. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

Posti Small Parcel – €7.50
Your parcel will be delivered to your door or mailbox. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Free shipping
Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Sweden

PostNord parcel locker – €12.50
Your parcel will be delivered to a PostNord parcel locker. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days.

Sweden is part of the EU, so no customs duties or import fees apply.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Packaging
Cards are always packed securely in a penny sleeve and toploader or a similar rigid holder, and the package is protected against bending.

Lost or damaged shipments
We are responsible for your order until you have received it. If your shipment does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us at jesse@latkakortit.fi. We will resolve the matter with the carrier and either send a replacement or refund your money.

Unclaimed shipments
If a shipment delivered to a parcel locker or pickup point is not collected in time and is returned to us, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping costs and any return costs incurred.
